## What counts as a “reel analyzed”?

Each reel IShort collects from a profile counts once. Sorting, analytics and export on collected reels are free. Transcripts have their own limit (one per click on Transcribe). Downloads and the link in bio are never limited.

## Billing FAQ

### Is IShort billed monthly or yearly?

Monthly only: Hobby $10 and Creator $29 a month (INR 835 and INR 2,520). No annual plan and no free trial; the Free plan is how you try IShort.

### Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from Settings › Manage Subscription in the extension, or by emailing support@ishort.pro. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then returns to Free.

### Do you offer refunds?

No. Per our [refund policy](https://ishort.pro/refund-policy.html) payments are non-refundable, except duplicate charges and unauthorized transactions. Test on the Free plan first.

### When do limits reset?

Paid limits renew with each monthly payment. The Free allowance (500 reels, 10 transcripts) is one-time.

### How do I pay?

Click Get Hobby or Get Creator, sign in with Google, and pay through a secure Razorpay checkout.
